If you’ve always wanted gorgeous looking legs and a beautiful booty, then this is the workout for you. You don’t need any equipment, just your body and in about 30 – 45 minutes you can get a seriously good workout which will make those glutes salute and those legs feel the burn.

Tight & Toned Legs & Buns Workout!
Warm Up
Do the following warm up exercises for 60 seconds each.
Clams
Leg Swings
High Knees
Hip Flexor Stretch
Workout
Complete all exercises = 1 round.
Aim for 3 – 5 rounds.
Rest 60 seconds between rounds.
Sumo Squats
Glute Kickbacks
Single Leg Deadlifts
Split Squats
Donkey Kicks
Glute Bridge March
Narrow Wide Squats
Pulse Lunges
Cool Down
Hip flexor stretch followed by your usual cool down and stretching.
