The holiday season is here and that means parties… The popular choice for many is the little black dress, so this workout is going to be dedicated to the LBD. Although you can do this workout and look fantastic in any clothes you choose. Have fun with your workouts and enjoy the holiday season.
Little Black Dress Workout
Warm Up
Warm Up for 5-8 minutes
Jogging
Workout
Jump Rope 5 mins then rest for 30 secs, repeat 4 times.
For each exercise do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Rest for 30 seconds between each set.
Glute Bridge
Overhead Squats
Side Lunge with Lateral Raise
Push Ups
Pike Push Ups
Pull Ups
Plank 2 minutes
Cool Down
Your usual cool down and stretching.
Notes:
Use the modified form of the push-ups if you find them too difficult at first.
Clean eating + strength training + cardio = great results!
