Fabulous Fat-Loss Workout

Warm Up

Do each exercise for 60 seconds.

Arm Circles
High Knees


Do each exercise for 60 seconds.
Rest for 10 seconds.
Complete all exercises = 1 round.
Aim to do 3 – 5 rounds.

Walking Lunges
Push Ups
Mountain Climbers
Sumo Squat Jump
Plank Walk Ups
Dive Bombers


(Optional) Challenge yourself with 60 seconds of:


Cool Down

Your usual cool down and stretching.


Clean eating + strength training + cardio = great results!
