Time for a full body workout, if you want to get everything done in one go then this is the workout for you, enjoy and have fun.
For this one you will need a barbell for the Bicep Curls, dumbbells for the Shoulder Press, and somewhere you can do the Inverted Rows – you can make your own set up using chairs and a barbell but check that it is strong enough and stable before you do the exercise.
After warming up you go straight into cardio, then exercises for all muscle groups and finish off with a cool down, stretch and relax or, if you are a morning work out person, get ready for the rest of your day.
Complete Body Workout
Do each exercise for 3 minutes
After every 60 seconds rest for 10 seconds
Hill Sprints 20mins.
For each exercise do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Rest 60 seconds between sets.
Squat with Shoulder Press
Bicep Curl 21s 3 sets
Overhead Tricep Extension
Spidermans with Twist
Your usual cool down and stretching.
Use the modified form of the push-ups if you find them too difficult at first.
Clean eating + strength training + cardio = great results!
