Of course, you guys know as well as we do that working out alone isn’t enough to give you amazing results – although it’s a great start – so, you’ve got to pair your workouts with a little cardio and good clean eating.

Bye-bye Arm Jiggle Workout
For each exercise do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Rest 60 seconds between sets.
Plank Get Up
Cobra / Dive Bomber
Your usual cool down and stretching.
Use the modified form of the diamond push-ups if you find them too difficult at first.
Clean eating + strength training + cardio = great results!
