It uses resistance training, because it’s pretty difficult to hit your back without using weights (unless you’re doing pull-ups, which are a great exercise, but can be difficult for many people to do). Beautiful Back & Chest Workout

For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells.

Warm Up

Do the following for 60 seconds each:

Arm Circles
Arm Swings


For each exercise do 3 sets of 10 – 12 reps.

Single Arm Row
Chest Flyes
Dumbbell Press
Bent-over Back Flyes
Dumbbell Pull-overs
Bent-over Rows

Cool Down

Your usual cool down and stretching.


Clean eating + strength training + cardio = great results!
