A balanced program of cardio and strength training will help to reduce your body fat but also improve your muscle strength. With strength comes muscle toning and firming!
An excess of saturated fats and sugars in your diet can be causing your cellulite. You need to look at what you are eating and drinking and see if this could be causing your cellulite, processed foods, sugars from sodas etc, the ‘unhealthy fats’ try to eliminate these from your diet as much as possible and if you increase the amount of foods high in antioxidants to help fight free radicals.
