Megan O'Neill is a musician, psychologist, nutrition advisor and an absolute health-nut! She currently resides in London, but - as you may have guessed from the name - is originally from Ireland.
Six years ago, following an incredible trip to Asia, she suddenly became very ill with IBS, food intolerances and chronic fatigue. No-one could have predicted how that fateful trip would go on to change her life. Since then, her health has been of paramount importance, so much so that it has controlled almost every other area of her life.
But after years of working with mainstream medical professionals, she realized that western medicine wasn't going to cure her of her illnesses. So instead, she began searching elsewhere for the answers. She began an intensive study into nutrition and mind/body-health and as she put what she learnt into practice, suddenly her life began change dramatically.
Now, some years on; she is fit, healthy and happy and it's all thanks to her knowledge of nutrition, fitness and naturopathic medicine! Today, she can firmly say that she believes leading a fit, clean-eating and healthy lifestyle is the key to happiness, optimal health and success in all areas of life.
Through her writing she will share some of her knowledge and personal experiences with everyone who cares to know, and she sincerely hopes that through reading her words, you can learn something new and apply it to your own life to lead a happier and healthier existence!
