Kaeli has always had an infatuation with keeping fit and improving life. Whether it is strength training, endurance building, or self-study research, she has devoted endless hours to them all. Her interest in health started at an early age. From swim competitions to long distance running, she discovered that keeping fit is an integral part of her life.

After being diagnosed with Lymes Disease in 2009, her interest in health became a full time job. She was bed-ridden for 3 months before her strength started to return. She cured her symptoms with antibiotics, homeopathic remedies and a 21 day water fast. It took her a full year before she had the energy to start exercising again. From that point forward she experimented with many diets and fitness routines, seeking to find the energy and vitality that she once had before Lymes Disease.

Now, 5 years healthy and happy, Kaeli is in the best shape of her life. She is now a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness Trainer and self proclaimed “Happiness Guru”. She is constantly researching the latest fitness finds, gadgets and food lifestyles in order to share with the greater fit-conscious communities online and in her travelling yoga classes. Not only is Kaeli healthy and happy, she also loves to write about it. She is currently a freelance blog writer who travels around North America with her dog Pavlove and health happy soul mate, Tyler. On her spare time, she can be found hiking through forests, climbing mountains, swimming in lakes, and meditating under the stars.
